CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND HEALTHY PETZ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void.

Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
